Bio
Her research examines how exercise and bioactive compounds, alone and in combination, affect metabolism, inflammation, physical function, and cognition. She is also interested in the biological mechanisms underlying these responses, including the gut microbiome, microRNAs, and related biomarkers. Her work spans healthy aging, exercise metabolism, and nutrigenomics.
