As our in person Hattiesburg transfer orientations have come to an end for the fall semester, all students are now directed to register for a Private Enrollment Appointment (PEA). PEAs allow students to connect directly with their advisor virtually to finalize their fall enrollment. Once a student has registered for a PEA on SOAR, they will be contacted directly by an advisor via their USM email to find a time to get enrolled in classes. Students can expect to hear from advisors within two-business days of registration.
Orientation fees are nonrefundable and must be paid upon registration.
