Diploma: General Information & Mailing Timelines
The Spring 2026 degree clearance process will conclude on a date Monday, June 8, 2026. Diplomas are
8.5x11 in size and do not display the major in which a student completed their degree
in. Diplomas only display a student's degree type (i.e. Bachelor of Science, Master
of Arts, etc.) and will be mailed to the degree address listed on your graduation
application on a date Monday, June 29, 2026. Diplomas for all spring graduates will
be shipped no later than this date.
The Summer 2026 degree clearance process will conclude on Monday, August 31, 2026. Diplomas are 8.5x11
in size and do not display the major in which a student completed their degree in.
Diplomas only display a student's degree type (i.e. Bachelor of Science, Master of
Arts, etc.) and will be mailed to the degree address listed on your graduation application
on September 28, 2026. Diplomas for all summer graduates will be shipped no later
than this date.

size and do not display the major in which a student completed their degree in. Diplomas
only display a student's degree type (i.e. Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts, etc.)
and will be mailed to the degree address listed on your graduation application on
Monday, February 15, 2027. Diplomas for all fall graduates will be shipped no later
than this date.
How can I verify my degree before diplomas are mailed out?
Complete a to prove degree earned for potential employer or another academic institution.
How do I change my name on my diploma?
The name that appears on the diploma is the official name the University currently has on file. Any attempt to change your name requires legal documentation and completion of the Official Name Change Form.
How do I change where my diploma will be mailed to?
To update your diploma mailing address, please log onto your and click Campus Experience > Academics > Change Graduation Information where you'll submit the new diploma mailing address online.
